Privacy Policy

Short version: this is a small marketing website for a boba cart. We do not run accounts, we do not sell anything on this site, and we do not build profiles of the people who visit it.

What we collect directly

Nothing. There is no signup, no login, no newsletter form, and no analytics or advertising tracker installed by us on these pages.

What our host may collect

Whoever hosts this site keeps standard server records, which can include aggregate figures such as the number of visits, rough country of origin, and bandwidth used. We see those only as totals, never tied to an individual.

The embedded map

Our “where to find us” section embeds a Google Map so you can get directions to the next event. That map is loaded by Google, and Google may set its own cookies and collect its own data when it loads. That part is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours. If you would rather avoid it, the event address is also written out as plain text next to the map.

When you contact us

If you email, call, or text us about an event or an order, we use what you send only to reply and to run that booking. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking, and we do not pass your details to anyone who is not involved in delivering your event.

Payments

We take payment in person at events. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and their systems process the card details, not us. We keep only what we need for our own records and tax obligations.

Selling data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. There is no exception.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
