These terms cover this website and anything you buy or book from Cosmic Cloud Boba. Using the site means you accept them.
Who we are
Cosmic Cloud Boba Company, a mobile beverage cart operating from 760 Beech St, Golden, CO 80401and serving Golden, Denver, and the Front Range. We are not a walk-in shop — the registered address is not a place to come and buy a drink.
Allergens and dietary information
Please read this one. Our drinks routinely contain dairy, tapioca, tree nuts, soy, and sugar, and they are prepared on a single small cart. We cannot promise that any drink is free from contact with an allergen, even when the recipe does not include it. If you have a serious allergy, tell us before you order and we will be honest with you about whether we can serve you safely.
Caffeine is present in most of our teas. If that matters to you, ask and we will point you at what we have without it.
Bookings
An event is booked when we have confirmed the date in writing and received the deposit. Quotes are valid for 30 days and depend on the date still being open. Prices vary by event because travel, duration, guest numbers, and power access all change what the job costs us. Cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy.
For us to serve at your event, we need a reasonably level spot for the cart, access to bring equipment in, and whatever power or shelter we agreed in advance. If those are not there on the day, we may not be able to serve, and the booking is treated as a late cancellation.
Event schedule on this site
Where we will be is published on this site in good faith and can change at short notice. Markets get cancelled, weather turns, and equipment breaks. Please check our Instagram before travelling a long way to find us.
Availability and errors
The site is provided as is. Menu items are subject to availability, and we may run out of something partway through an event. We do our best to keep the site accurate and reserve the right to correct mistakes when we find them.
Our brand and content
The Cosmic Cloud Boba name, logo, photography, recipes, and site content belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking first. You are very welcome to photograph your own drink and post it.
Links to other services
This site links out to third parties such as Google Maps and our social accounts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
We are responsible for serving you safely and for what we agreed to deliver. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, and nothing here limits rights you have under Colorado or federal law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.
